Membership in the Hampton Roads Gift Planning Council is  available to individuals only and is not transferrable. Membership is  effective for 12 months and is renewable yearly. Membership in the  Hampton Roads Gift Planning Council is not contingent on membership in  the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning.
